Cancellation refunds (missing link)

How refunds works for rental cancellations.

If an accepted booking is canceled by the car owner, the renter will always receive a full refund of the rental price and potentially be further compensated in GoMore points, if the rental is canceled with short notice. You can read more about that in our article Rental cancellation policy [link].

If the renter cancels a booking, the renter will receive a full refund unless the rental is canceled with short notice as defined in our rental cancellation policy.

Please note that we only charge a payment when a booking request is accepted. If you cancel a booking request before it is accepted, we do not charge anything.
