Cannot find the rental car

In case you cannot find a rental car, here is what to do.

You have two options for renting a car on GoMore. Either you can book a car where you will meet with the car owner at pick up and delivery of the car, or you can book a GoMore Keyless car, where you as the renter, will pick up and deliver back the car yourself without meeting with the car owner. 

For non-Keyless rentals

When you reserve a car on GoMore, you'll have access to its approximate pick-up and drop-off locations displayed on a map. After the booking confirmation, you'll receive the precise details for picking up the car. It's essential to coordinate with the car owner beforehand to establish the specific time and location for the pick-up to prevent any confusion.

If you encounter difficulties locating the car at the designated pick-up spot, use our messaging system to contact the car owner directly. Alternatively, you can reach out to them via phone call or text message for prompt assistance. Clear communication ensures a smooth experience for both parties.

For Keyless rentals

When you reserve a Keyless car, you'll have access to its approximate pick-up location displayed on a map. Once the booking is confirmed and 30 minutes before the rental begins, you'll receive precise location details and directions through our app.

Always ensure you're approaching the right car by verifying the license plate number provided in your GoMore app's booking details. If you have trouble locating the car, attempt to contact the car owner directly. Should you be unable to reach them, feel free to call our in-app support for immediate assistance by navigating to the rental in the app.
