Here is what to do in case you cannot unlock a GoMore Keyless car.
When you rent a GoMore Keyless car, the car will automatically unlock during the process of filling out the start rental contract. Please always make sure that you have located the correct car, by cross checking the license plate number of the car with the license plate number stated on the booking in our app.
If you, contrary to all expectations, have any difficulties unlocking the car, you can call our support team via the app and they will assist you. Just navigate to the rental in the app and call support.
