How to pick up and return a GoMore rental car.
How a rental car is picked up and returned depends on whether the car is a GoMore Keyless car or a non-Keyless car.
For GoMore Keyless
Picking up and returning a GoMore Keyless car is simple, and the GoMore app will guide you through the process.
30 minutes before the start of your rental, the GoMore app will show you the exact location of the car on a map, making it easy to find the vehicle. Once you've located the car, the first thing you need to do is take 8 photos of the car to document its condition. You also have the option to document any damage to the car if it's not already listed in the existing damages. After documenting the car's condition, you can unlock the car via the app. You will find the key in the car's glove compartment. You will either be asked to note the car's fuel level and mileage in the app or check that the automatic reading of these values is correct.
When your rental period ends and the car is returned, you will go through a similar return process. If there is any damage to the car, you will need to document the damage and take pictures in the app.
Don't worry, you don't need to remember all of this. The app will easily and quickly guide you through the process.
For non-Keyless cars
For non-Keyless cars - hence, cars where you will meet with the car owner to get the car keys - the renter and the car owner will have to agree on and arrange where the car is going to be handed over to the renter and where the renter is supposed to return the car. Please contact the car owner via our messaging system to arrange pick up and return.
