How to get started as a renter on GoMore.
To get started as a renter on GoMore, you need to create an account on the platform. Simply visit the GoMore website or download the mobile app, sign up and create a profile for free.
Renter approval
Before you can rent your first car on GoMore, your profile must be approved to rent. You will need to provide some basic information and verify your identity to ensure a safe and secure experience for all users. Our platform automatically takes you through the process and all approvals are handled fast.
Booking a car
On GoMore you can rent either a GoMore Keyless car or a conventional car. GoMore Keyless allows renters to locate and pick-up a car with the GoMore app without having to meet with the car owner. For non-Keyless cars, you will meet with the owner to get the car and when you return it.
You can use the search bar on the GoMore website or app to find available vehicles in your desired location. You can filter the search results based on vehicle type, location, price range, and other preferences to find the perfect vehicle for your needs. Once, you have found a car fit for your needs, simply book it. The process is easy and quick and you pay for the booking via our secure payment system on the platform.
Pick up the car
For GoMore Keyless rentals, use your phone to unlock the car; the keys will be inside. In the case of a non-Keyless rental, meet the owner to collect the keys.
Return the car
Drive the car back to the agreed location with the same fuel level it had at the beginning. For GoMore Keyless rentals, leave the keys inside the car and lock the doors using the GoMore app.
Review your experience
After your rental, you have the opportunity to provide a public review and send feedback to the car owner about your experience.
