What to do in case you experience payment errors when making a booking.
If our system reports an error during the payment for a booking, it can be due to several reasons. The most common ones include:
Insufficient funds on your payment card
You can try using a different payment card. First, delete your existing booking and create a new one, selecting the new card. You can manage your payment cards linked to your profile under your payment settings.
- Go to our front page.
- Click on your profile picture in the top right corner.
- Click on “payment methods”.
Blocking of future transactions
If you are using a MasterCard or another debit card, upcoming reservations on your card might block the withdrawal we make during the booking. Please ensure there are sufficient funds on your payment card, and upcoming payments do not interfere with our transaction.
System error
In some cases, you might need to delete your payment card from our system and add it again. If reasons 1 or 2 are not the cause, try deleting your booking, removing the payment card, and starting the booking process again.
Please note that all online payments in the EU require 3D secure verification.
