How renter approvals work and how to submit an approval.
When you rent a car on GoMore the first time, your profile must be approved by confirming your driver's license and identity.
You can easily submit your renter approval:
- Go to our front page
- Click on your profile picture in the top right corner.
- Click on the yellow box about renter approvals.
If your GoMore account has not yet been approved to rent, you will also automatically be led through the approval process, when you book a car the first time.
We process renter approvals every day of the week between 8-23. Typically, it takes about 30-60 minutes within this timeframe. Often faster.
