Ridesharing cancellation policy (Denmark only)

This article defines the cancellation policy for ridesharing in Denmark.

When a ride booking is accepted, the amount is charged to the passenger's payment card. The payment is transferred to the driver 24 hours after a ride has been completed.

To cover any potential losses for drivers in case passengers cancel a ride on short notice our ridesharing cancellation policy applies for late passenger cancellations. Please find the cancellation rates below:

 

Passenger cancels more than 24 hours before ride departure Full refund
Passenger cancels between 24-3 hours before ride departure 50% of the ride price
Passenger cancels less than 3 hours before ride departure Full ride price

 

In case the driver cancels a ride, the passenger will always receive a full refund of the ride price.
