When you rent a car only the primary renter is allowed to pick up the car.
Only the main renter listed in the booking is authorized to pick up the rental car. If you have added additional drivers to your reservation, they are not permitted to pick up the rental car independently. The primary renter must be present alongside any extra drivers during the vehicle pickup.
