How extra drivers for GoMore car rentals work.
It is possible to add additional drivers to a rental agreement. If desired, the renter must purchase extra drivers when booking the car or before the rental starts. Extra drivers are purchased when you book the can in our app or on our website.
If you did not manage to add an additional driver when booking the car, it can be done before the rental starts by editing the rental. Read more about how to do it here.
Please note that the additional drivers, like the renter, must meet GoMore's insurance requirements. It is the renter's full responsibility to ensure that the additional drivers comply with these conditions. The renter is fully responsible for the car in all cases, including whether there is insurance coverage for the additional driver's use of the car. The renter is responsible for any excess payment regardless of who drives the car.
Additional drivers are not allowed to pick up a rental car. This applies to both GoMore Keyless rental and non-Keyless rentals.
If the rental car is handed over to or driven by a person not specified in the rental agreement and therefore not covered by the insurance, GoMore reserves the right to charge the renter an administrative fee as defined in our rental terms.
