How to extend an ongoing rental on GoMore.
When your rental has begun, you can extend it.
The rental can be extended using the extend rental function, which you can find under the rental agreement in your rental overview.
- Go to our front page.
- Click on your profile picture in the top right corner.
- Click on “Rentals”.
- Click on the rental you want to extend.
- Scroll down and click on “extend rental”.
- Fill in the new return date and time and send the extension request.
When you send a request to extend a rental period, the car owner is notified automatically. The car owner can then either approve or reject the extension.
Please note that your rental is only extended when the extension is approved. If the car owner rejects the extension, the car must be returned at the original booking return time. If the car is returned later, you will be charged a late return fee.
A rental can be extended for a minimum of 1 hour and a maximum of 30 days, including the original booking. It is not possible to use discount codes or GoMore points to pay for an extension, and there are no discounts for extended periods.
150 km is included for each additional rental day that a rental is extended.
The option to extend a rental disappears when the rental contract is concluded in the app.
