Rules for tickets and fines during car rentals.
The renter is responsible for paying any parking or speeding tickets received during or after a rental if such is imposed on the rental car.
For non-Keyless rentals, the renter is accountable for tickets received until the rental contract is signed. For Keyless rentals, the renter must pay any tickets received during and after the rental period if the car is parked illegally. Keyless car owners do not need to check parking legality post-rental, so renters must follow the owner's parking instructions, ensuring legal and non-time limited parking.
If the renter receives a parking or speeding ticket, GoMore will charge the renter and handle the case with the car owner. Please note that an administration fee as described in our rental terms is changed for covering the costs GoMore has to handle the case.
